City Manager's "Above & Beyond Award," 2007.  Received an award of excellence for outstanding work in managing the development of Pinole Shores Business Park.

California Redevelopment Agency "Marketing & Promotions Award," 2006.  Received an award of excellence as part of a redevelopment team for creating a marketing and promotions program that focused on downtown revitalization.
